FAKED: RHEA RIPLEY AS KARLACH
Well you can thank Zeno for this idea. It was too good to pass up. I mean, Rhea "Bloody" Ripley as Karlach Cliffgate. the Fury of Avernus? Say less.
Everything about this fake tells a story. Normally I don't go out of my way to use BLACKED images or BBC in general. It never really crosses my mind when I make fakes as the intent is to focus on the subject. I'm not one of those "BBC Supremacists" either (those people are just really far gone from what I've seen). In this case however, this was deliberate. The idea is that Karlach and Wyll have been fighting down in Avernus for some time, and the two have developed some natural strong feelings for each other as a result. I've always liked the idea of RPG companions hooking up with each other if the player doesn't romance them. I'm also a big fan of the "enemies to lovers" idea. Something about it just resonates with me as a writer. Off-track, but I always wished that Miranda and Jack would hook up with each other the same way Garrus and Tali do in Mass Effect. Back on-track, Karlach and Wyll hooking up makes sense to me, and because BG3 is amazing, this is something you can actually do in game. I intend to do a Wyll playthrough at some point and romance Karlach. Hopefully, he can get some side action with Mizora as well. Speaking of which, I added her sitting in a chair in the background mostly out of humor. She is basically a cuck in this situation, and that just amuses me to no end. I hope she likes the view.
Of course, this fake is far from perfect. The biggest disappointment for me is that I could get the proper skin texture, tattoos, and the Infernal Engine onto her. I tried my damnedest, but I just couldn't do it for the life of me. It got to a point where I almost considered giving up completely, but I decided to just do away with it and do what I could do. I'm still proud of the result, but it could've been even better if I managed to get those details in. Hopefully, I can do better next time.

Absolutely amazing stuff, I’m so glad we’re on the same page on how perfect Rhea as Karlach is! I also didn’t expect you to try to go the extra mile with all those details, so I commend you for even trying! I’m definitely gonna have to start thinking of more video game babes for future fakes now! (In hindsight, I probably should have saved my previous idea of Danielle Bisutti since she’s most famous for playing Freya in God of War, but oh well lol.)

Anytime. I'll definitely try Freya, but I'll wait and see who they decide to cast for her in the TV show. I'll decide between the two who gets the honor then.

They’re a bit more obscure as far as celebs go, but I recently got the idea of Tina Ivlev and Elizabeth Grullon. Don’t know if you’d ever consider doing a Star Wars set like you did Marvel, but I’ve been playing Jedi Survior recently and thought fakes of them as their characters Nightsister Merrin and Trilla Suduri would be awesome. Would also be cool to see any of the women of Andor (Adria Arjona, Genevieve O'Reilly, Elizabeth Dulau, Denise Gough) if those two don’t interest you.
