FELT INSPIRED, HERE ARE SOME MORE FAKES...
Like the title says, I felt inspired to make more fakes just for the fun and it and overcome some interesting challenges with them. I am extremely happy with how all of these turned out. I feel comfortable saying that I have achieved that desired high resolution look after years of trying to figure it out how to do it myself. I think they are still some minor techniques I haven't learned to make them better, but I feel these are almost on the level of Zen's work in terms of resolution and filter quality. I hope you guys see that as well.
I won't go into detail on these too much. There's only one that I really want to talk about. I am of course talking about the Cara fake. It was easily one of the more unique challenges I decided to put on myself. I won't lie, I didn't believe in myself enough to think I could make it work. But goddamn, I think I did it; between the angle, the hair, and the overall quality, this could've gone wrong in so many ways. However, I overcame it all with technique and a helpful hand from AI (the original subject-Alex Grey-is a bright blonde, so altering every strand to match the dark brown required some creative use of Adobe Firefly 3, Hue/Saturation, and Selective Color adjustment layers). After all was said and done, I was proud of what I had created.
Speaking of what I created, I want to address something. Someone decided to remove the logo from my last Daddario and Moretz fakes to pass off as their own on ImageFap and CFake. Now look, if it's on some backwater forum, it's whatever. If you want to put it in a gallery of your own or just want to upload it to a place I don't upload to, that is also fine. But when you try and discredit the work I put into making them by removing my branding, you start to build resentment within me-resentment that often leads to other talented fakers to quit. There are so few of us left, and we should celebrate each other's work-not diminish it by removing branding or using them for poorly done faceswaps. Sadly, there isn't much one can do to get them removed, so I simply have to speak out against it given the proper platform. I know this won't stop it from happening, but I couldn't not speak up about it. I will warn you guys, if it gets to the point where it is blatant and no one seems to care, then I will probably decide to go private and only make these for myself. Hopefully it never gets to that point, but only time will tell.
Well, with all that said, I hope you enjoy these fakes, and as always, stay safe out there.

I did try to report that cropped Daddario as soon as I saw it, but they obviously haven’t taken it down yet. Hopefully if the original gets uploaded it can get removed as a duplicate, but we’ll see. It’s honestly getting ridiculous what CFake is letting people get away with lately. I’m sure you’ve seen it already, but there’s been a plague of users taking other people’s fakes and just poorly pasting another celeb’s face onto them. Tried reporting those too, but the owners have done jack shit.
ReplyDeleteGenuinely hope it doesn’t come to privating this blog, but I can’t exactly blame you if that happens.
I appreciate the effort. Unfortunately, what's more likely to happen is that the actual fake will be seen as the duplicate and won't be uploaded (one of the many reasons I don't upload there anymore). And yes, those poorly done faceswaps are ridiculous. I saw quite a few done to Irisparks' fakes and it irritates me to no end that nothing is done about them.
DeleteI'm optimistic that this won't be a big problem for me in the long run. But like I said, if it gets to the point where it's all my work and nothing is done after reporting them, then I will have little choice. For now, I keep doing what I'm doing and hope it never comes to that.
Good news, I reported it again today (this time mentioning you wanted it gone) and it actually got removed. Definitely gonna see if I can get the face swaps down that way too when I get the chance.
DeleteThat's awesome. I'll be sure to let Iris know. If he makes a public statement about it on his blog, they might take it seriously. Thanks Zeno.
DeleteNo problem man, it’s the least I can do for all the time and effort you put into making these awesome fakes in the first place. Fortunately the majority of these crappy edits were uploaded from the same two accounts, so it won’t take too long to track em all down.
DeleteDamn shame to hear about the steal, man. I'm a huge fan of your work, absolutely love your fakes!
ReplyDeleteThank you. I really appreciate hearing that you're a fan of my work. Stay tuned; I have some good stuff cooking in the oven right now.
DeleteThankfully, nothing else has been stolen since then, but I'm always on the lookout. Hopefully, it doesn't happen again.
Damn that image btw are you in mck group(group full of fake discord)i just kick man you only friendly faker yo best
