FAKED Set: LUBED, Part One

 

It feels like it has been a minute since I have posted anything, so it's time to rectify that. Unfortunately, it is not the ASOIAF fakes I have been trying to make. I have decided to shelve that set for now. Between the amount of failed work I've put into them, the amount of real life work I've had to do, and with my life just being a little busy in general, I feel that it's necessary to step away from that project so that I can come back to it later with a clear mind and fresh eyes. Hopefully it doesn't take so long that the next season of AKotSK is out, but only time will tell.

To compensate for my failures with those fakes, I've dedicated my time to make a different project of larger scale that is much easier to make. Therefore, I decided to go full Diddy and make a series of fakes based on images from the LUBED videos. I'm not going to lie to you guys, those are some of my favorite videos to "entertain" myself with. I feel it's because it sits on that thin line between tame porn and freaky porn-although that freakiness really only came (no pun intended) about due to the Diddy stuff. What I do know is that it wasn't going to stop me from making these masterpieces.

Okay, maybe "masterpieces" is a bit of a stretch, but I think these have turned out great so far. The Milly fake in particular is absolutely tantalizing. Getting Gemini to achieve that angle with the headshot took a bit longer than I would like to admit, but once I got it, I knew I struck gold. I also learned how to defreckle a face without losing too much detail from it, so this fake will have a special place in my heart. I decided to be clever by faking Lilly Krug with Lilly Ford (it's like poetry, it rhymes or something like that). I know nothing about Krug-other than that she is a cute blonde German, and can you really go wrong with that? As for the Russell fake, I decided to go with a faceswap, which I think I did the same for the last fake I made of her. I did this for two reasons: 1.) I wanted to do something a little different; and 2.) The neck has become my biggest hurdle with these fakes, so I thought I could circumvent it with a high quality swap. Admittedly, it is my least favorite of the three, and probably my least favorite of the fakes I've made of her. I think it looks good, but there is a slightly more uncanny valley quality to it that annoys me to no end. Despite that, I am impressed with how the swap turned out. Gemini can do some magic when it isn't being annoying as fuck and deciding to not follow your instructions even when you laid them out clearly. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this set.

And there is more to come very soon. I had originally intended to publish them all in a single large post, but I didn't want you guys to have to wait for that. So I will be posting these in three parts; possibly more if I'm feeling extra inspired. Expect the next part within the next couple days. As for the third part, hopefully late this week or early next week. It really depends on how busy I am and how good Crimson Desert is. Expect to see some familiar faces in these next parts, but also some new ones that may pique your interest.
