FAKED SET: PHASMOPHILIA
So I went with my girls Willa, Kristen, and Katheryn for this set. The reason is because when I experiment with different prompts in Gemini, I usually alternate between these three since I have good images of them that I can access quickly. I completely get if you're getting sick of seeing them at this point. I prefer creating fakes of a wide range of celebrities over focusing on my favorites, but sometimes you do your best work with them. So here we are.
Naturally these came with some interesting challenges. Changing the hue of the bodies to best match the heads, having to apply a cracking skin texture over said bodies, and altering the environments to match the atmosphere and mood. Thankfully, AI is your friend here, as I was able to generate those backgrounds with ease and only a few manual edits. The backgrounds of the Willa and Kristen fakes were generated from scratch, but the Katheryn fake is actually the same background as the original image-just altered separately and placed back in. Being able to do that so seamlessly has me intrigued to try it out more in the future. In addition, the Harmonize feature is your best friend with fakes like these. However, it should be noted that the best Harmonized layers come with at least one source of natural light. If you compare Willa's fake to the other two, you can see that it looks more stylized than natural. That is the result of not having a source of moonlight in the background. It is a valuable lesson learned, and hopefully it helps make my future work look so much better.
Incase you were wondering, their ghostly appearance was inspired by the ghosts of Haunting of Hill House. In fact, I was thinking a writing a derivate piece of erotica to go along with this called "Harem of Hell House." I decided to drop that idea because I don't care much for erotica as a writer myself and having it generated is even worse than my attempts to write it. Hopefully your imaginations and these images are enough to convey the narrative for you.
This was a ton of fun for something so last minute. It is quite easily my most creative work to date, and I look forward to seeing if I can top it with something crazier in the future. Until then however, enjoy these and stay safe out there.
